Despite MASSIVE interest in him from Mernda, we are stoked to be able to announce that Ryan​ “Friesy” Micallef has signed on again to be a Magpie in 2018. Ryan resisted the lure of playing elsewhere in order to win a flag with his mates at Lakeside.

The high flying ruckman is another key member of the team who has signed on again for 2018 – added to our other new signings as well as a few other potential signings, we are looking to take back our place as a powerhouse in Division 2 next season
