Round 7 see’s the Magpies travel to Ormond Road to take on top of the ladder, undefeated Moonee Valley FC. in what promises to be a brilliant 1 V 3 clash

Fresh off our commanding win last week over the Bears, we will be looking to build on that result this week and knock off Moonee Valley on their own patch.

In Round 1 last year we lost by a point away after leading at 3/4 time in an absolute heart breaker. The next time we played them in Round 8 we lost by 64 points at home while our final meeting in 2017 was one to forget as we lost by 107 points away in the final round, ending what was a miserable season. The boys will certainly looking to get some respect back after those last two games last season.

We also have the 2’s Crew in action in a top of the ladder clash as we look to keep our unbeaten streak alive. The boys are aiming for the 3-peat and things certainly look on track at this stage.

Our 19’s are also in action in the early game in another top of the ladder clash – 1 V 2 and bragging rights on the line early in the season.

Get down to Ormond Road and cheer on the boys on Saturday. Two top of the ladder games and First versus Third in the other. If that doesn’t excite you then nothing will!
